INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.—Lucas Oil Raceway will host the Pure Speed Drag Racing Experience on Saturday with attendees getting an opportunity to hit the track at top speeds. There are seven different packages to choose from with training and safety equipment provided in each package.
Additionally, Lucas Oil Raceway will host Grudge Racing on Saturday evening. Gates will open at 4 p.m. for the event with racing to start at 6 p.m. Entry into the event will be $100 for racers while spectator admission will cost $15 (children 12-and-under are free). o This Ride Along Experience consists of one run down the drag strip in a Camaro at over 100 mph.
o Experience Includes: Safety Gear, Your Driver Will be Professionally Licensed (You are a Passenger), Hold on for the Launch of Your Life at speeds over 100 MPH!
o Experience the Adrenaline Rush of racing against someone and the Thrill of winning bragging rights in our high-performance Camaro's!!!
o Experience Includes: Safety Instruction, Track Orientation, Safety Gear, Two Full 1/4-Mile Passes Down the Track, Exhilarating Side-by-Side Drag Racing
o The Qualifier
o The Eliminator
o The Champion
o This program is for past participants* in our Dragster Drive Experience who want to go faster! It consists of 6 runs down the strip, hitting speeds of approximately 160mph.
o Experience includes: Classroom Orientation, Starting Line Instruction, Drivers Safety Equipment (Supplied by Pure Speed), Van Ride Down the Track, Cockpit Orientation, Six runs (Two 1/8-mile and four 1/4-mile), Six long Smoky Burnouts, Six Stagings at the Tree
o This is a one-day course taught in a small group setting for students looking to learn the art of driving a competition race car and potentially qualifying for their NHRA License.
o Experience includes: Classroom Orientation, Starting Line Instruction, Van Ride Down Track, Drivers Safety Equipment (Supplied by Pure Speed), Cockpit Orientation, Six Runs
o This is a course taught in a small group setting for students looking to learn the art of driving a competition race car and potentially qualifying for their NHRA license.
o Experience includes: Classroom Orientation, Starting Line Instruction, Van Ride Down Track, Drivers Suit Up (all safety equipment supplied by us up to 7.50 E.T), Cockpit Orientation, Each Student Will Receive Between Six and 10 runs
